Spring Break week

First - I just think my girl is so cute!

Faith proudly displaying the quilt she and I made together.

And here she is showing me that she's getting VERY tall.

Spring Break trip:

Brewers/KC Royals baseball game - the last one of spring training in Arizona - we just managed to make it!

Logan really does like to play the piano...

But he likes playing with his cousins even more.  This was pretty much the entire weekend for these boys.  And card games.

We took the kids to TopGolf to try it out.  Go before noon - it's half price and that makes it only spendy and not outrageous.  However, it was super fun and I like to go again.

We also stopped by the Gilbert Temple

After our weekend with the Beckstead family, we went on up to the Grand Canyon.
It is so incredible!

We also really liked Bryce Canyon, which you can only partially see below - that was a beautiful place too - I'd go back!

We went to Temple Square and walked through the Church History museum.  We were literally 2 blocks from Hannah, who was there on a school field trip, but she was busy and we had places to go...so we didn't get to see her.  Boo hoo!

Our final two days were spent with our good friends the McKeehan's.  Natalie and Annie were accidentally dressed like twins one day - but it was a good representation of their time together.  They were two peas in a pod!

We tried rock climbing - even Josh!

My favorite activity was a quick trip to This Is the Place Heritage Village in Salt Lake City.  I'd always heard of it but never been.  It was super fun, and we could have stayed longer and enjoyed even more activities.  Highly recommend and worth the cost!

Below is the monument, and Logan and Kellen walking together.  The McKeehan's have two boys on either end of Logan (age-wise) and he had a great weekend with both of them.

Faith has been asking me for MONTHS if she can ride a real horse.  The pony ride at the Village hit the spot for her!

the twinsies again, enjoying some time together...

On our spring break trip we drove 42 HOURS from point to point, plus tons of side trips.  It was a wonderful week together but we were sure glad to get home and out of the car again!
